Job Description

Overall Security & Asset Protection
: Ensure the vigilance and security of the entire factory premise, including the building, machinery, documents, materials, and company property.
Security Personnel Management
: Lead, coordinate, supervise, deploy, and train security guards, ensuring compliance with SOPs and checking their alertness.
Access, Logistics & Documentation
: Control and inspect the entry/exit log for personnel, materials, and vehicles, including managing parking and vendor access.
Emergency & Fire Management
: Be responsible for the activation of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), manage fire alarms, conduct periodic inspections of firefighting equipment, and maintain liaison with local emergency services.
Compliance, Audits & Risk Control
: Conduct risk assessments, perform security audits, and ensure security procedures are compliant with corporate standards (CCTV use) and relevant systems (ISO standards).
