The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and school property. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols, overseeing campus access control, managing CCTV and surveillance systems, coordinating with security personnel, and responding promptly to emergencies. The Security Manager conducts regular risk assessments, supervises guards and safety drills, and ensures compliance with all relevant safety regulations. The position requires strong leadership, vigilance, and effective coordination with the school leadership team to maintain a safe and secure learning environment.
