Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Incharge to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security management and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations and personnel at the assigned location.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Manage incident response and reporting for security breaches or emergencies.
• Train and supervise security staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies.
• Prepare reports on security activities and incidents for management review.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of the premises.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field.
• 17-25 years of experience in security management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control technology.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and safety.
• Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) is an advantage.
