Role & responsibilities Supervise security guards and staff to ensure discipline and effective performance. Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials. Maintain access control and ensure company assets are safeguarded. Oversee CCTV operations and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems. Regularly inspect security posts & gates. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents. Investigate security breaches, thefts, or misconduct and report to management. Coordinate with local police/authorities if required. Maintain daily security logs, visitor registers and incident reports. Submit regular reports to the HR Management team. Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal regulations. Conduct regular security drills, fire safety training and awareness programs. Liaise with external equipment and support. Safeguard company property, materials and confidential information. Identify security risks and recommend preventive measures. Strong leadership and team management. Crisis management and problem-solving skills. Good communication & report writing. Integrity, vigilance and discipline. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, report drafting). Physically fit with good stamina. Basic knowledge of chemical hazards and plant safety procedures.
