Job Summary : Security Supervisor

The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising security
personnel within the factorypremises to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, equipment, and materials. Thisrole ensures strict accesscontrol, loss prevention, and compliance with industrial safety and securityprocedures.

Timings & Work Schedule: - {Timings: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM}

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign duties to factory security guards
• Ensure proper access control for employees, contractors, and visitors
• Monitor CCTV systems, perimeter fencing, gates.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, and parking areas
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Enforce factory safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Respond to incidents such as fire, accidents, or security breaches
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logbooks, and shift reports
• Coordinate with factory management, safety officers, and local authorities
• Train security staff on factory-specific risks and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Qualification & Desired skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a security guard or security supervisor (industrial/factory experience preferred)
• Knowledge of industrial safety, access control, and loss prevention
• Basic computer skills for report writing and CCTV monitoring
• Ability to lead, discipline, and motivate a security team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandoli, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
