collection for regulatory audits by collecting the relevant data from each respective team and validating that the collected data addresses the request with your supervisor, escalate if any regulatory request is not on target to be fulfilled Vuln Mgmt-Ensure all vuln management activities are being performed, regularly review all sources of vulnerability management, identify true positive issues and track to ensure all true positive issues are addressed within SLA Assessment Mgmt-Support data collection for all security assessments by collecting the relevant data from each respective team, validate the data collected with your supervisor, participate in all assessment meetings, ensure that all assessment steps are conducted within the proper timeframe and escalate if the Risk Management: - Monitor risk remediation activities exceeding the risk appetite. - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans. - Report to boards and working groups on a regular basis, providing advice and resolving conflicting goals Compliance & Assurance Management: - Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Monitor control implementation & effectiveness. Track control attestations and exceptions Evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of a control. - Participate in security incident investigations, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions. Metrics and reporting: - Support Int l GRC management and entity management reporting needs. - Analyze security metrics data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may indicate areas of concern or opportunities for improvement. Resilience Project and Program Management: Oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and timelines, serving as the primary contact for escalations and resource issues. Develop program strategy and project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic and business goals, and taking into account all dependencies and constraints. Adjust scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business. Manage cross-functional programs and projects across various sites & geographical locations, maintaining detailed schedules and plans, considering dependencies and constraints, defining key tasks, tracking project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the complete project lifecycle. Maintains the efficiency of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Identifies and mitigates potential risks. Control project scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts through effective change management. Manage change in accordance with change management plan. Project and Program Operations: Proactively drive projects to successful completion by closely monitoring project progress, addressing any roadblocks promptly, and ensuring that all milestones assessment looks like it will be offtrack, track and support all remediation actions coming out of any assessment Customer Inquiries-Assist in the collection of all relevant data for customer inquiries, assist in the creation of customer collateral. Certification (like SOC)-Ensure that all activities required for certification are being conducted in a timely manner, perform data collection and validate data collected with your supervisor Reporting (for example board decks and annual reports) collect all data needed for reports, input all data in the specified format, ensure that all data is input within the specified timetables
