Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager for L&D Solutions, you will be responsible for selling Learning & Development solutions, training programs, digital learning platforms, and HR tech products to large enterprises. This role involves engaging with CHROs, L&D Heads, HR Leaders, Business Heads, and CXOs throughout the consultative sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full sales cycle which includes prospecting, solutioning, demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. - Sell various L&D solutions like training programs, capability-building initiatives, digital learning tools, and SaaS-based learning platforms. - Engage in conversations with key stakeholders such as CHROs, L&D Heads, HR Directors, Business Leaders, and CXOs. - Identify client needs and position the appropriate learning solution based on their requirements (Leadership, Sales, Behavioral, Technical, Digital, etc.). - Manage RFP/RFQ responses, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations effectively. - Collaborate closely with delivery and product teams to ensure smooth program execution. - Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensure forecasting accuracy, and keep CRM data updated. - Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Required Experience: - 5-12 years of experience in B2B sales specifically in selling L&D solutions, training programs, HR Tech, and SaaS learning platforms. - Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise or large customers. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Experience in solutioning, consultative selling, and custom proposal development. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. In this role, you will thrive if you have: - Strong experience in selling to CHRO / L&D functions. - Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and consultative sales approach. - Confidence in solutioning, customizing learning proposals, and influencing senior stakeholders. - Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a long-term account ownership mindset.,
