Sector Lead-Self Employed & Business Banking Propositions-HO & Support-Branch Programme Team

Role Overview: You will be responsible for focusing on the Self-employed segment and identifying and crafting unique propositions to win in the selected segments. Your key role will be to build and lead a team in developing propositions and collaborate with Channels to increase the penetration of the propositions. Your main goal is to have a deep understanding of customer needs and create world-class propositions that cater to these needs. You will work on developing client segment-based propositions across various ecosystems and products, ensuring a holistic approach. Your role will also involve executing the propositions through different distribution models and continuously improving portfolio metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs deeply and build propositions that solve their problems innovatively - Develop client segment-based propositions covering a wide range of products and services - Collaborate with analytics teams and agencies to gather insights on clients and products - Integrate banking and non-banking products to create comprehensive propositions - Work with marketing and communication teams on promoting bank offerings effectively - Execute propositions through various distribution models and continuously improve portfolio metrics - Manage and lead all aspects of proposition programs, implementation, and delivery processes - Work closely with product and distribution teams to actualize and execute propositions - Collaborate with various distribution channels and customer interfacing journeys Qualification Required: - Seasoned professional from foreign banks, fintech, or top Indian banks - Background in developing and scaling products - Deep domain expertise in product portfolio of Assets & Liabilities - Age group 35-38 yrs. - Masters degree from a premier institute or CA qualification - Over 10 years of experience in product management with a focus on proposition strategies - Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities - Critical thinking and ability to think innovatively - Collaborative work style and leadership presence - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and delegate tasks effectively - Experience in managing teams for a minimum of 4 years,
