Job Description

1. Safety Culture: Develop and maintain a strong safety-first culture to achieve zero incidents across the plant.
2. Customer Alignment: Ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific requirements across the plant operations. 3. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from trial planning to validation and homologation. 4. Process Optimization: Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Critical Tasks (

Key Activities

)

a. Plan and monitor product trials at the CRM#2 automotive complex to ensure timely delivery of trial materials.
b. Define the metallurgical route and validate product trials across various manufacturing processes. c. Compile trial results, from steel making to final product, and submit to customers for approval. d. Prepare and track approval sample planning in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. e. Validate the homologation process and ensure compliance with new product validation protocols. f. Conduct feasibility studies and support the expansion of process lines to meet evolving business needs. g. Collaborate with parent companies to design trial materials and map process parameters for optimal performance. h. Participate in the development of product and process control plans, FMEA, and APQP documentation.

Education Qualification & Certifications

B.E. / BTech or Post-graduate in Metallurgy and / Material Science with relevant experience

Relevant Experience

5+ Years of experience to independently managing Al-Si, HRPO, Magnelis coated Auto Product development
