Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Founder. The Founder’s Assistant will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and supporting both professional and personal tasks. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and meeting coordination. • Assist with project management, research, and documentation. • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs. • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners. • Support business development activities, including follow-ups and proposals. • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity. • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required. • Anticipate Founder’s needs and provide proactive solutions. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Administration, or related field). • 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (startup experience is a plus). • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools. • Professional, dependable, and resourceful. • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Preferred Qualities: • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. • Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable. • Flexible with working hours when needed. • Interest in startups, business growth, and entrepreneurship.
