Job Description: Executive Assistant Location: Pitampura, Delhi Company: Arpita Sulakshana Couture (Women’s Retail Clothing Business) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Owner in all administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth coordination between the owner and a team of 10 employees, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and productivity across departments. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Manage all day-to-day administrative tasks of the owner, including scheduling, documentation, filing, and communication. • Team Management: Assign tasks to staff, ensure timely follow-ups, monitor daily productivity, and maintain discipline across the team. • Coordination: Act as a link between the owner and employees, ensuring smooth communication and execution of instructions. • Google Sheets & Documentation: Maintain and update all business records, Google Sheets, reports, and dashboards accurately. • Leadership: Ensure work is delegated, tracked, and completed with efficiency—demonstrating the art of “getting work done.” • Tech Management: Utilize digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, CRM, etc.) to streamline tasks and reporting. • Reporting: Share daily/weekly progress reports with the owner and highlight issues proactively. • Staff Care: Oversee staff needs, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure harmony within the workplace. ⸻ Required Skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). • Good leadership and people-management skills. • Ability to take ownership and ensure accountability across the team. • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and digital business tools. • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure. ⸻ Eligibility Criteria • Education: Graduate (any discipline, preference for Business/Admin background). • Experience: • Minimum 1 year of prior experience as an Executive Assistant in any company. • 3–5 years overall experience in administration/coordination roles preferred. • Personal Requirements: • Married, with children aged 3–4 years or above (ensures stability in role). • Well-groomed, professional demeanor. • Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail clothing environment. ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience. • Exposure to the fashion and retail industry. • Opportunity to grow with a decade-old premium women’s clothing label. • A challenging yet rewarding role with direct interaction with the owner.
