Job Description

We re seeking a highly organized, proactive Admin Secretary based in Chennai.

You should have 2-7 years of experience, a Bachelor s degree (MBA preferred), and strong communication skills (English required; Tamil/Hindi a plus).

Responsibilities include managing daily office functions, supporting the Executive Director, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, travel, and events, and assisting with research and reports. You will also engage with government officials, corporate partners, and manage finances and office operations.

We are big on AI tools, and love people who know their way around presentations, Excel, and social media. Must be tech-savvy (AI tools, MS Office, social media). Flexible role (full or part-time).
