Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Secondary Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functions of the secondary section in our school at Sidhpur, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should be passionate about academic excellence, leadership, and student development.

The Secondary Coordinator will play a key role in guiding teachers, implementing curriculum standards, and ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support teachers in the secondary section (Grades 9–12).
• Plan and implement academic programs in alignment with the school curriculum and board guidelines.
• Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, and assessment processes.
• Conduct teacher evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth.
• Coordinate examinations, report cards, and student performance analysis.
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and overall student well-being.
• Facilitate communication between management, staff, parents, and students.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and academic events.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with school policies.

Requirements

• B.Ed degree (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in teaching or school administration, preferably at the secondary level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of curriculum design and assessment practices.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
• Ability to mentor teachers and motivate students effectively.
