Role & responsibilities Role & Responsibilities:- Support in admission conversions and achieving enrollment targets. Will be responsible for admission conversions and achieving enrollment targets for Grade 11. Planning and execution of marketing with the help of Administrator. Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school. Provides campus tours for prospective parents and provide guidance on the variety of teaching initiatives taken by the school. Advice parents individually and/or with groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, appropriate board selection, academic policies and delivery procedures Maintains up-to-date knowledge about the Schools programs and requirements. Assist parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process. Addressing to existing parents queries and assisting in timely closure of the issue raised by them. Making admission entry in ERP Student documents collection, verification and maintaining data in excel along with filing the hard copies. Maintaining new admissions data Caution money procedures Preparation of student gate passes LC preparation, Issuing bonafied for students, Issuing demand letters for students Sending required information to new admissions through MCB (login details, fees pending mail, documents pending mail) Involvement in marketing Planning of society events, meeting preschool owners, visiting upcoming society projects for tie ups Giving appointment to parents to meet principal, vice principal and coordinator. Guide the parents for PSA, uniform, books and picnic queries
Responsibilities: Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students; Be proactively involved in teaching students; Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere; Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupils educational needs; Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises; Prepare materials and activities; Organize classroom lectures and coursework; Inform parents about their childrens performance; Keep a record of students attendance and grades; Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior; Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans; Determine exam and assignment grades; Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict; Research new language teaching methods; Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience.
