Job Title: Search & Social - Lead

Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Relevant Years of Experience and 2+ Years of Experience in Team Management

Skills: Meta Ads (End to end Campaign Management) and Google Ads or other Search Platforms 

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Coimbatore

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for helping teams manage paid social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting
  • Design and deliver structured training programs (beginner to advanced) across Search and Paid Social platforms
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees
  • Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals
  • Partner with Capability Leads and Team Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements
  • Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement
  • Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop), and simulation-based learning
  • Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks, and SOPs
  • Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Contribute to career pathing initiatives by mapping competencies with learning interventions.
Qualifications
  • A full time graduate degree(Mandatory)
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ads (essential). Experience with other search and social platforms is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within an agency or corporate setting, will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of platform capabilities, measurement frameworks, and optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified in at least two of the following: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, Microsoft Ads
  • Familiarity with QA processes, campaign governance, and tool-based workflows (e.g., SA360, Sprinklr, Omni tools) is a plus.
