Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engineer - AI/ML located in Vimannagar, Pune. The Search Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing search algorithms, designing and implementing AI/ML models, and improving information retrieval processes. Day-to-day tasks will include software development, writing and testing code, and collaborating with data scientists and other team members to enhance search functionalities.

• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Search / Information Retrieval / NLP / Machine Learning.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have minimum 3+ YOE with any 1 programming languages : Python or Java
• Mandatory (Experience 3) -Must have experience in designing, building, and scaling RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have hands-on experience in statistical tools (Python, R, SAS, or open-source libraries).
• Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have Experience designing taxonomy, ontology, tags, thesaurus, and metadata models.
• Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, Spark ML).
• Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have Experience with Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) for search/ML workloads.
• Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, Cassandra, MongoDB).
