About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing SEO audits, managing PPC advertising on Google & Meta platforms, and using analytics tools to refine and scale marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify opportunities for site performance improvement.
• Perform detailed keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URL structures, and technical SEO elements.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink building, guest posting, and citations.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and site health using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Analyze performance data and continuously refine SEO strategies for better ROI.

PPC Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Set up and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

• Define and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting groups to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, insights, and improvement recommendations.
• Scale successful campaigns to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
