Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Roles and Responsibility Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords, phrases, and long-tail keywords. Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML tags to ensure they are search engine-friendly. This includes optimizing images, headings, and other on-page elements. Implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks as necessary. Monitor and analyze the SEO strategies of competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Generate regular SEO reports and provide insights on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall performance. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates) and adapt SEO strategies accordingly. Optimize the website for local search by managing business listings, reviews, and ensuring accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data. Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to integrate SEO into content marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with ethical SEO practices, guidelines, and best practices, and adhere to webmaster quality guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns. Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications (preferred).
