Search Engine Optimization Manager

We are a fast-growing digital agency based out of Okhla, New Delhi, looking to hire a passionate and results-driven SEO Expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for managing search engine optimisation strategies for a diverse range of clients across industries, helping them improve visibility on Google Search and AI GPTs.

Responsibilities

•Research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored to client goals.

•Conduct competitor analysis to gain insights into effective SEO tactics.

•Plan and execute robust link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

•Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing website code.

•Recommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking, and UX to boost keyword rankings.

•Monitor and analyse SEO performance using key KPIs and prepare client reports.

•Stay updated with emerging trends, including AI SEO integration and algorithm updates.

• Optimise websites for improved visibility on both traditional search engines and generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, etc.

Skills Required

•Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.

•Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

•Proven experience in building high-quality backlinks and domain authority.

•Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

•Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and Google updates.

•Experience in using website audit tools and implementing actionables.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.

•Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.

•Familiarity with optimising content for AI tools and featured snippets is a plus.
