Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Manager located in Kanpur. The SEO Manager will be responsible for Conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and off-page SEO activities Developing and executing link-building strategies Managing and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Analysing website performance using tools like Google Analytics , Search Console , and SEMrush Leading a small SEO team (5–6 members), assigning tasks, and ensuring quality outcomes Collaborating with internal sales and content teams to enhance overall digital marketing performance Providing strategic SEO insights to support lead generation and online user acquisition Aligning SEO initiatives with broader content, design, and performance marketing goals Qualifications Experience in conducting SEO Audits and Keyword Research Proficient in Link Building strategies and techniques Strong understanding of Web Analytics tools and metrics Solid background in Marketing principles and tactics Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Knowledge of current SEO best practices and algorithm updates
