As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics that enhance the overall quality of our digital content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through captivating animations, ensuring alignment with our brand and communication goals. Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including videos, presentations, and social media content. 2. Collaborate with the creative team, including video producers, graphic designers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and objectives. 3. Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand motion graphics that effectively convey key messages. 4. Design and animate visual elements, including text, graphics, and illustrations, while maintaining brand consistency and style guidelines. 5. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve and bring innovation to motion graphic design. 6. Work closely with video editors and other team members to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video projects. 7. Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution. 8. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into the design process. 9. Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. 10. Keep abreast of advancements in motion graphic design software and tools, recommending and implementing improvements as needed. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects. 2. Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphic design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools. 3. Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video production processes. 4. Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver visually stunning and innovative motion graphics. 5. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
