Location: Nagpur Experience: 1–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated SEO Executive to optimize our website content, improve rankings, and drive high-quality organic traffic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with strong analytical skills.---Key Responsibilities* Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.* Implement on-page optimization: meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, schema, site speed improvements.* Perform off-page activities such as link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach.* Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.* Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.* Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.* Optimize website structure, navigation, and user experience for better search visibility.* Identify and fix technical SEO issues: crawl errors, indexing, broken links, redirects, and sitemap updates.* Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and best SEO practices.---Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.* 1–3 years of proven SEO experience.* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.* Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).* Strong communication and reporting skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.---Good to Have* Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.* Knowledge of local SEO & international SEO.* Understanding of content marketing principles.
