Position Overview

SEO Manager

You will lead SEO strategy, perform keyword research for medical niches, optimize service pages, create content guidelines, audit websites, and track ranking performance.

Your core responsibility:

Help doctors and healthcare brands rank higher, get discovered faster, and receive more qualified patient inquiries.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, updated with SEO trends, and comfortable managing multiple projects with accuracy.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month - based on role, experience & performance (Please don't apply if your expectation is not within this range)

Work Location- Navi Mumbai

This is an on-site full-time position. (Please do not apply if you want WFH)

Key Responsibilities

🔹 SEO Strategy for Healthcare Brands

Plan and execute SEO strategies tailored for clinics, hospitals, and doctors.

🔹 Keyword & Competitor Research

Identify high-intent healthcare keywords and analyze competitor positioning.

🔹 On-Page Optimization

Optimize metadata, content structure, service pages, internal linking, schema, and image SEO.

🔹 Content Planning

Create SEO-driven content briefs for blogs, service pages, and medical educational content.

🔹 Technical SEO

Coordinate with developers to fix crawl errors, speed issues, and technical gaps.

🔹 SEO Audits & Reporting

Conduct monthly audits and share actionable insights with the team and clients.

🔹 Performance Tracking

Monitor rankings, impressions, CTR, and traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.

Requirements

Experience:

1–3 years in SEO (healthcare SEO experience is a strong advantage).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO

• Excellent keyword research ability

• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, GA4)

• Ability to create structured content briefs

• Strong communication & reporting skills

• Understanding of healthcare search patterns is a plus
