What You’ll Do-

SEO Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for Pepsales AI
  • Conduct keyword research and identify high-opportunity topics to target
  • Optimize existing website pages and blogs for on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, etc.)
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with devs to fix crawl issues and improve performance
  • Use tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to analyze competitor SEO strategies and spot content gaps
  • Create clear briefs for content writers and provide support in content planning
  • Track and report on traffic, rankings, and conversions from organic channels
  • Stay up-to-date with search algorithm changes and best practices


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings
  • Proficient with SEO tools like 

    Ahrefs

     or 

    SEMrush

     (must have your own access)
  • Strong understanding of both on-page and technical SEO
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to testing and iteration
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with programmatic SEO, GEO, or AI-powered content strategies
  • Understanding of content marketing and blog strategy
  • Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
