Job Description

Role Overview: You will be exclusively focusing on managing IT, Digital / Technical requirements for MNCs / Start-ups/ GCCs, etc. Your role will require hands-on work on critical Leadership roles. You must own & manage the entire process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g. Headhunting, job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates for IT positions. - Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment. - Tailor recruitment strategies using market insights. - Source candidates as per client requirements and strategies. - Efficiently manage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a low backout ratio. - Develop, own, and implement delivery strategies to maximize revenue. - Oversee daily tasks related to addressing customer needs, maintaining account activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Ensure timely update and sharing of designated dashboards. - Maintain 100% compliance with internal ATS and tools. - Proactively establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels. - Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights to understand candidate preferences, skill sets in demand, and emerging talent. - Represent the organization positively within professional networks, promoting the employer brand to potential candidates. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the staffing industry. - Invest in self-learning to impact revenue, productivity & profitability. - Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and regularly assess recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency. - Understand and effectively use recruitment metrics and analytics tools. - Follow all SOPs in the company. - Perform other tasks and special projects as per Business needs. Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in managing recruitment. - Experience in recruiting for IT roles in BFSI, Start-up, Product, GCCs industries with expertise in the staffing industry. - Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Full-time graduate with an overall first division. - A Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.,
