Job Summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDET to join our Enterprise Platforms team in Chennai. As an SDET, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with our development and testing teams to identify and resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automated test scripts for ServiceNow platform
Execute and maintain automated test suites
Identify and report defects and work with the development team to resolve them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Continuously improve and optimize the testing process
Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools in software testing and implement them in the testing process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and testing
Experience in ServiceNow platform is preferred
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
Experience with API testing and performance testing is a plus
