Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader BFSI | Asset Servicing

About the Role

Scrum Lead

Role Overview:

Facilitate
Scrum events
: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Remove impediments
and track/resolving team dependencies.
Coach teams in
self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile best practices
.
Support Product Owners in
backlog refinement, prioritization, and goal setting
.
Monitor team performance using
Agile metrics
and implement improvements.
Drive adoption of
TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile engineering practices
.
Promote
Agile values, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
.
Collaborate across teams to
deliver high-quality increments aligned with program objectives
.

Agile & Scrum:
Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, Spotify model
Leadership:
