Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader BFSI | Asset Servicing

Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader BFSI | Asset Servicing

About the Role

Scrum Lead

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a servant leader and facilitator for Agile teams, ensuring delivery of business value.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Take ownership of the
Agile Team (Scrum Team)
to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals.
Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments to delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to maintain alignment toward sprint goals and OKRs.
Monitor Agile metrics to track progress and enable continuous improvement.
Support risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring within delivery cycles.
Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Ensure effective use of Agile tools such as
JIRA and Confluence
.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
Deep knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and ways of working.
Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective team collaboration.
Expertise with
JIRA, Confluence
, and familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tools and processes.
Exposure to BFSI / Banking / Financial Services domain (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Dynamics) and data transformation projects (good to have).

Certifications (Mandatory)

Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)
or
Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Additional certifications such as CSM, SAFe SSM are an advantage.
