Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader BFSI | Asset Servicing Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Team Leader BFSI | Asset Servicing Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days/week in-office) Experience Required: 6+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Team Leader Industry Preference: BFSI / Banking / Financial Services Certification: CSM / PSM / SAFe SSM (Advanced preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Agile Leader with hands-on experience in Asset Servicing or Asset Management within the financial services (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be an Agile champion, driving efficient product delivery while supporting cross-functional teams using JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps/CI-CD best practices. You will play a critical role in supporting operational and administrative workflows related to financial assets including custody management, corporate actions, compliance, and securities transactions while enabling agile excellence. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives Coach teams in Agile practices and support continuous improvement Drive and support adoption of JIRA , Confluence , and agile tracking tools Remove blockers to ensure team productivity and timely delivery Collaborate with Product Owners, Asset Servicing stakeholders, and DevOps teams Ensure alignment between business goals and development deliverables Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to improve team performance Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and ownership Oversee risk identification and mitigation in Agile delivery cycles Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead Domain experience in Asset Servicing, Asset Management, or Financial Operations Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and tools like JIRA, Confluence Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD , and Agile automation tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to guide teams through ambiguity and scale Agile practices Problem-solving mindset with a focus on collaboration and delivery Certifications (Mandatory): Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) OR Professional Scrum Master (PSM) OR SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Preferred: CSP, SAFe Agilist, Agile Coach certifications Interested candidates can share your updated resume to subashini.gopalan@kiya.ai
