Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum practices effectively.
Maintain transparency of team progress using boards, charts, and dashboards.
Backlog & Release Management
Support Product Owner in backlog refinement, user story grooming, and prioritization.
Create and manage Sprint and Release plans, update states of releases and stories
Track sprint burn‑down, release predictability, dependencies, and risks.
Team Coaching & Continuous Improvement
Coach team members on Agile principles, collaboration, and self‑organization
Improve engineering practices, delivery cadence, and overall productivity.
Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and actionable insights.
Impediment & Risk Management
Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
