Scrum Master

key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate

  Scrum events

  (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed to enhance team performance.
• Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Identify, track, and resolve roadblocks affecting the teams progress.
• Shield the team from external distractions and help maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Work closely with the

  Product Owner

  to refine and prioritize the

  product backlog

  .
• Ensure transparency by regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Foster a

  collaborative team environment

  by promoting trust and accountability.
• Track team performance metrics such as

  velocity and burndown charts

  to drive improvements.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and implement enhancements to optimize team productivity.
• Encourage a

  culture of learning

  through retrospectives and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Use Agile tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello

  to track sprints and maintain documentation.
• Generate reports on

  team performance and Agile KPIs

  to support decision-making.

Key Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience

  as a

  Scrum Master

  in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of

  Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile principles

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Agile project management tools

  (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
•  Excellent

  facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution

  skills.
•  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification

  .
•  Experience in

  software development environments

  or knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks like

  SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
