Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Guide 1-2 cross-functional squads (including FE, BE, QA, DevOps, and Design) on Agile/Scrum best practices
Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers to ensure smooth delivery
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to maintain a healthy backlog, sprint scope, and delivery cadence
Ensure team velocity is sustainable and optimized over time
Track key agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and throughput
Coach team members in self-organization and ownership
Act as a servant leader driving team accountability without micromanaging
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and user-centricity
Requirements
- 3\u20135 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile metrics
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on experience working with agile teams in product-first tech companies
- Proficient in agile tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar
- Proven ability to identify bottlenecks and streamline team collaboration
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is preferred but not mandatory
- Exposure to fintech or high-growth startups
- Understanding of CI/CD, QA automation, or modern product development lifecycle
- Experience in managing dependencies across multiple teams/squads
- Familiarity with OKRs and agile planning at scale
