Agile Pods

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Run

  Scrum ceremonies

  : planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros.
• Track & improve

  agile metrics

  (velocity, burndown, throughput).
• Unblock the pod; coordinate with PO/Tech Leads/QA/DevOps.
• Coach engineers on agile discipline and continuous improvement.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with crisp, no-drama status.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years

  overall; 4

  + years

  as Scrum Master in product/enterprise teams.
• Strong in

  Scrum/Kanban

  , story slicing, estimation, release planning.
• Tools:

  JIRA, Confluence

  (dashboards/filters/reports).
• Great communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Nice-to-have:

  CSM / PSM I / PMI-ACP

  .
