- Maintain and improve core HR systems (contracts, policies, leave, payroll coordination)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws across UAE, India, and KSA (once launched).
- Set up HRIS and drive automation of routine HR processes.

  Build performance management frameworks that align with Sav\u2019s OKRs and flat hierarchy.
  
  Champion a culture of feedback, continuous learning, and high ownership.
  
  Facilitate training and development programs to upskill and grow our team.
  Employee Engagement & Welfare
  
  Implement initiatives that enhance team morale, productivity, and well-being.
  
  Plan remote-friendly team-building activities and cross-functional rituals.
  
  Handle employee queries, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  Strategic HR Projects
  
  Support workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and org design.
  
  Design and manage scalable HR frameworks as the company grows from 20 to 35+.
  
  Play a key role in expansion to Saudi Arabia hiring, compliance, and policy localization.
  
  Requirements
  
  3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in high-growth tech or fintech startups.
  
  Experience managing cross-border teams (especially in the UAE, India, or KSA).
  
  Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR tools, and best practices.
  
  Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and empathy.
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with flat structures.
