Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description-

Scrum master,You are responsible for: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). Help the team identify potential risks and dependencies. Work with other teams and stakeholders to address and mitigate these challenges. Lead retrospectives to reflect on team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actionable changes. Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt, assesses the agility level of the Team and help them improve. Works closely with Product Management, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and timeline. Use Agile metrics (such as velocity, burn-down charts) to monitor team progress, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders. Act as an agile coach for the team. Key skills Bachelors with overall 10 -12 yrs. of IT industry experience. Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in a scaled environment with experience in healthcare domain. Must have at least 8 years of experience working through the design, development, testing, release cycle and delivering software products to market. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role in Agile software development environments. Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and related frameworks. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide teams through Agile ceremonies and decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and build consensus among team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.). Scrum Master certification is a plus(e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)). Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus. A servant-leader mindset with a focus on empowering teams and individuals. Experience in cloud technologies(AWS) is a plus.
