Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and ensuring the smooth execution of Agile practices. Your duties will include leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum. It will be crucial for you to ensure that the development team follows Agile best practices and remains aligned with project goals. Identifying and removing impediments to maintain high team productivity will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will guide the team in self-organization and continuous improvement while working closely with the Product Owner (PO) to ensure clarity of backlog priorities and requirements. Facilitating effective backlog refinement and helping the PO maximize value delivery will be essential. Acting as a bridge between the PO, development team, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication is another aspect of your role. You will need to ensure that the development team understands the scope, objectives, and domain of the product. Promoting a Lean-Agile mindset and fostering a culture of continuous improvement will be a part of your responsibility. Coaching the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and best practices is crucial. Collaborating with Scrum Masters from other teams to improve Agile adoption across the organization is also expected. Your role will involve driving the successful implementation of Scrum across projects and mentoring team members. Monitoring team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and sprint burndown will be important. Conducting regular performance reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training for the team is also a part of your duties. You will need to allocate workload effectively and track team utilization to optimize efficiency. Mentoring developers to enhance their technical and Agile capabilities is another key aspect of your role. Additionally, interacting with US-based clients to ensure requirements are well understood and communicated is part of the job. Skills Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. - Moderate to good knowledge of ERP applications (Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus). - Understanding of business processes related to ERP systems and their Agile implementation. - Proficiency in workload allocation, resource utilization tracking, and performance optimization. - Excellent communication skills to interact with US-based clients and internal teams. - Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks. - Deep understanding of Scrum methodology, Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, etc.), and best practices. - Hands-on experience in Scrum implementation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.,
