To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master's degree, along with over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Agile implementation, business requirement gathering, functional specification development, use case definition, test case definition, user training, and support is essential. Moreover, advanced knowledge of specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and practices is required. You should be adept in using tools like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Azure DevOps, prototyping applications, Microsoft Team, and SharePoint. Skills in creating process mapping, automation design, and experience in the banking and financial domain are advantageous for this position.
