Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Coach teams on agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks. Ensure effective communication among team members through active listening and conflict resolution techniques. Monitor progress against goals and identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; knowledge of Safe Agile Framework preferred. Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile). Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools; ability to learn new software quickly.
