Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Backlog Grooming Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews and Retrospectives
Support backlog tracking sprint planning and burndown chart analysis
Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team removing blockers and fostering collaboration
Ensure alignment between Product Owner and development teams
Track and resolve data integrity issues across sprints and features
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Process Quality Focus
Evaluate and improve process flows and team performance
Implement quality management systems and ensure adherence to documented procedures
Lead knowledge acquisition and dissemination across teams

Skills Required : Agile Scrum Stakeholder Management Domain Expertise Automation Manual Testing

Experience with VSM Kaizen and process improvement methodologies
