Job Description

Job Title:Scrum Master Experience9-12 Years Location:Pune : Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master (Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or similar certification preferred). Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Hands-on experience with Java-based microservices architecture and related technologies (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how they integrate into the Agile process. Experience in software development using Java and familiarity with microservices design patterns and best practices. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and support both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, etc., to track and manage progress. Qualification: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience
