Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused Scrum Master with 4 to 6 years of experience to support and drive multiple concurrent digital initiatives. This role requires working during 1pm-10pm IST to ensure optimal overlap with US business hours and maintain smooth cross-regional coordination.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Maintain Agile discipline by ensuring adherence to DoR, DoD, Sprint goals, capacity planning, story grooming, and sprint hygiene.
Identify and remove impediments quickly to maintain delivery flow and team productivity.
Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
Manage multiple workstreams across clients and projects, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering Managers, QA Leads, and Vendor Partners.
Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and client-ready updates as required, tracking feature completion, overall schedule, and budget deviation.
Ensure clear and timely communication across all time zones, escalating risks or delays early.
Facilitate requirement clarifications, planning workshops, and cross-team alignment sessions, maintaining transparency through consistent updates, artifact management, and progress tracking.
Participate in the project management PMO audit and assist the Program Manager in preparing governance decks, reports, and planning documents.
Promote compliance with accessibility (WCAG), performance, security, and release guidelines, depending on project scope.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes and multi-stream delivery.
Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Confluence, Agile dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and handling cross-timezone communication.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a strong ownership mindset.
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus.
Experience in CMS (headless) projects is beneficial.
Familiarity with multi-vendor project models is advantageous.
Knowledge of release management, UAT coordination, and environment readiness is desirable.
Understanding of dependency management across multiple engineering teams is preferred.
