• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and adopting the Scrum framework through coaching, training, and guiding the team
• Participating in retrospectives, standups, and planning meetings
• Identifying blockers and keeping the team motivated through 1:1 discussions
• Providing coaching for transitioning teams from traditional to agile delivery practices
• Supporting and guiding the product owner in managing the backlog
• Aiding the team in determining suitable commitments for product backlog items and sprints
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by identifying the appropriate source/resolution
• Enabling the team to self-organize and fill in the intentional gaps left in the agile/scrum frameworks
• Facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Understanding and coaching processes to the team
• Evaluating the scrum maturity of the team and organization, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and adapting to changes
• Coordinating and leading teams in cross-functional collaborations and communicating status to management as needed
