Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management roles.
