Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical, Business or related Field
Experience as Scrum Master in Software development
8 years of experience in Software development and testing
Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban and Agile methodologies
Excellent Communication, leadership and conflict- resolution Skills
Experience in Agile tools(Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira)
Certified Scrum Master(CSM) or Professional Scrum Master(PSM) preferred
Healthcare Experience
Familiarity with other Agile frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
