Job Description

• 3+ years of experience in the software development industry. • 2+ years in a dedicated Scrum Master role. • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. • Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is required. • Practical experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Experience in iterative/incremental development methodologies. • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with distributed teams and adapt to change quickly. • High emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Second-level Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM-Advanced, PSM-II). • Familiarity with additional frameworks like Kanban or SAFe. • Experience with Aha!, agile portfolio planning tools, and team performance metrics. • Exposure to enterprise-level product environments and cross-cultural collaboration.
