Job Description

Identify and generate new business leads in the North American region . Conduct cold calling and outbound communication to reach potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers. Present IT service offerings and customized solutions to clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools accordingly. Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in USD . Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to develop client-centric proposals. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
