Role : Scrum Master+ Business Analyst

Exp : 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews,

Retrospectives).

• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.

• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.

• Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.

• Work closely with Team, Business and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and

prioritized backlog.

Business Analyst Duties

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document

requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance

criteria.

• Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are

understood and delivered accurately.

• Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.

• Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards.

• Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related

field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data

analytics, or data services.

• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data

modeling.

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

• Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
