SCRUM Master

As a SCRUM Master, your main role will be to implement Project Management/Best Practices to continuously improve by leading empirical process control transparency, inspection, and adaptation. You will work closely with teams, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters, and leaders to cultivate a culture that upholds respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment. Your responsibilities will involve training and coaching individuals within the organization on Scrum and agile adoption. - Keep all parties on track and informed, raise awareness of impediments, facilitate their removal, and host daily stand-up meetings. - Facilitate events as required, introduce Agile Engineering Practices, teach Scrum Practices and Principles, and coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality. - Ensure all Scrum events occur and are positive, productive, and adhering to the timebox. - Assist Product Owners with the Product Backlog, remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams, and help establish practices to improve quality, reduce technical debt, and enhance product value. - Utilize knowledge of Agile Software Development, Kanban, Jira, and various patterns and techniques like TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, INVEST, User Stories, and agile estimation. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Familiarity with Kanban, Jira, and applying patterns such as TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, INVEST, User Stories, and agile estimation. - Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and conflict resolution abilities.,
