The position of SCRUM Master requires the individual to implement Project Management/Best Practices in order to continuously improve by leading empirical process control transparency, inspection, and adaptation. You will work with teams, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters, and leaders to foster a culture that supports respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment. Your responsibilities will include training and coaching within the organization in its Scrum and agile adoption. As a SCRUM Master, you will be required to keep all parties on track and informed, raising awareness of impediments, facilitating their removal to continually improve, and hosting daily stand-up meetings.
