The position of SCRUM Master requires the individual to implement Project Management/Best Practices in order to continuously improve by leading empirical process control transparency, inspection, and adaptation. You will work with teams, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters, and leaders to foster a culture that supports respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment. Your responsibilities will include training and coaching within the organization in its Scrum and agile adoption. As a SCRUM Master, you will be required to keep all parties on track and informed, raising awareness of impediments, facilitating their removal to continually improve, and hosting daily stand-up meetings. You will facilitate events as requested, introduce Agile Engineering Practices, teach Scrum Practices and Principles, and coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. You will assist the Product Owners with the Product Backlog, removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams, and help the team establish practices that enhance quality, lower technical debt, and increase product value. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Agile Software Development, Kanban, Jira, and applying a wide variety of well-known patterns and techniques such as TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, INVEST, User Stories, and agile estimation.
