We are looking for Project Managers / Scrum Master to join us immediately

Location - Chennai (only)

Required Skill Sets:

• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment• Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams needs• Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics• Passionate commitment to delivering products on time• Comfortable with presenting project readouts toExecutive level audience• Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user storiesetc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning• Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology• Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email• Self-motivated, organized• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Job Responsibilities Responsibilities:

1. Work with clients alongside the internal business team to understand business requirements
2. Write business requirement documents.3. Break down a project into sprints and allocate to the right resources internally.4. Track and manage the progress of a project and keep updating project plans to reflect progress.5. Keeps all internal stakeholders informed of project progress, especially delays.7. Guide the team on aspects of software design, technology stack, etc. Help solve bottlenecks internalresources may encounter.8. Exposure to DevOps areas is a bonus.9. Prior experience on working with IoT, cloud based systems (AWS/Azure).10. Must have delivered commerce-based, mobile application projects in the past.11. Must have worked on complex API integrations and web service projects in the past.12. Work with 3rd party software providers to integrate with their APIs
